Hi, I’m Shruthi —
BCBA & Founder of Behavior & More
With over a decade of experience across diverse care settings, I specialize in supporting young children with communication delays, behavior challenges, and developmental differences — whether or not they have an autism diagnosis. Since 2017, I’ve worked as a therapist, supervisor, Clinical Director. I now practice as an independent provider focused on helping families feel confident and connected.
I take a collaborative, culturally sensitive approach grounded in practical tools, evidence-based practices, and real-world support. My goal? To make everyday moments easier and more meaningful for your family.
