Compassionate support for your child and for you.
Whether you're waiting for ABA services, want a school evaluation, or need to behavioral consultation, I provide focused, expert behavior support for young children and their families.
Hi, I’m Shruthi —
BCBA & Founder of Behavior & More
With over a decade of experience supporting young children across clinics, schools, and homes, I specialize in working with families navigating communication delays, behavior challenges, and developmental differences — with or without a formal diagnosis.
I've worked as a therapist, supervisor, and Clinical Director, and I now run an independent practice focused on what I do best: helping families understand their child, navigate systems confidently, and build strategies that actually work in real life.
My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Whether you're seeking an independent evaluation, looking for support while you wait for services, or simply need a clear and honest perspective — I'm here to help.

An Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) is requested when a parent disagrees with a school district's evaluation and wants a more thorough or objective understanding of their child's needs.
IEEs are conducted by a qualified professional who is not employed by the school district, and are focused on understanding how a student's needs impact their access to education.
My evaluations include a comprehensive review of records, caregiver and staff interviews, direct observation, and data analysis. Findings are summarized in a written report with clear, school-based recommendations that can be considered by the IEP team.
If your child's school district has agreed to fund an IEE, I can work directly with both you and the district throughout the process.
For families seeking additional support after the IEP, follow-up consultation is available to help you understand and implement the recommendations.

Waitlist Bridge is designed for families who have been recommended for ABA services and are waiting for those services to begin. This is a short-term, structured support model that helps you take meaningful steps now — rather than waiting without guidance.
Each week includes:
2 hours of direct work with your child
2 hours of parent coaching and support
During this time, we focus on building practical strategies for your daily routines — including communication, cooperation, and reducing challenging behaviors.
By the end of this program, you will have a clearer understanding of your child's needs and concrete strategies you can continue using at home.
Recommended duration: 4–6 weeks, adjustable based on your family's needs. This service is not a replacement for comprehensive ABA therapy and is designed to provide support, clarity, and momentum while you wait.

Behavior support doesn't stop at home. I offer consultation for parents, teachers, daycare staff, and other providers who are navigating behavior challenges and want practical, evidence-based guidance.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your specific situation and setting — whether that's understanding a behavior, building a consistent strategy across environments, or getting a fresh perspective on what's not working.
Consultation is also available for schools and providers seeking functional behavior assessment support for a specific child.
Typically 1 hour. Available in person or via telehealth.
